1.2 Owner and operator: Asset Hub s.r.o, registered in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Company”).
1.3 Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the requirements of the EU Markets in Cryptoassets Regulation (MiCA).
1.4 Acceptance of the Terms: By using the Site, including by registering and making a purchase, you (“User”) confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
2.1 Scope of Services: The Company offers the purchase of digital products: vouchers, pin codes, crypto-assets (if any), as well as related services (the “Services”).
2.2 Changes to the range: We may make changes to the list and price of goods and services published on the Site at any time without prior notice.
3.1 Creating an Account: Registration may be required to place orders. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.2 Password and access: You are responsible for the security of your account details (login, password) and for all activities carried out on your behalf.
3.3 Age Restrictions: The Services may be used by persons who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority).
4.1 Prohibited Activities: User may not use the Site for illegal purposes, spamming, storing or distributing materials prohibited by law (including child pornography, extremist materials, etc.).

5.1 Payment Methods: Fiat currencies (via available payment systems) and/or cryptocurrencies (if available) are accepted.
5.2 Order Formation: An order is considered to be formed after successful debiting of funds for the selected product or service.
5.3 No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of goods (vouchers, pin codes), refunds or exchanges are generally not available unless expressly stated in Company policy.
5.4 Chargebacks: In the event of an unwarranted chargeback attempt, the Company has the right to block the account without refund.
6.1 Method of delivery: Digital goods are delivered in your personal cabinet after payment confirmation.
6.2 Delivery time: Depends on the performance of payment gateways and partner services. In case of delays the User will be notified via e-mail or in the personal cabinet.
7.1 “As is”: All goods and services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
7.2 Validity of Codes: We check vouchers and pin codes before sale. If a code is invalid through our fault, the User may contact support and we will take reasonable action (e.g. replace the goods).
7.3 Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for direct or indirect damage, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of reputation arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or goods.
8.1 Methods of contact: The User may contact support (e.g. via a ticket system or e-mail). Response times may vary, but we aim to deal with all requests within a reasonable time.
8.2 Prohibition of abuse: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the support of a User who systematically abuses the ticket system, displays rudeness, foul language or threats.
9.1 Data collection: We may collect and process personal data (e-mail, name, IP address, etc.) as part of our service provision and regulatory compliance (e.g. KYC/AML).
