1. General Provisions

1.1 Name of the SiteCryptoMarketPay

1.2 The owner and operator of the Site: Asset Hub Company (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our Company”).

1.3 Territorial jurisdiction: Czech Republic. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, as well as the provisions of the EU Cryptoasset Markets Regulation (MiCA), where applicable.

1.4 Acceptance of the Terms: By using this Site, you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please stop using the Site immediately.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Scope: We sell gift vouchers, pin codes and other digital goods and services which may include transactions in crypto-assets and/or electronic codes.

2.2 Restrictions: We do not support or serve content or activities that are contrary to the laws of the Czech Republic, international law, and MiCA requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Child pornography or material of an extremist nature.

  • Spam mailings, use of illegal mass mailing programs.

  • Any activity related to illegal trafficking of crypto-assets, money laundering, terrorist financing, etc..


2.3  Change of services: We reserve the right to change the list, cost and characteristics of the services provided at any time without prior notice. 

3. Account and Security 

3.1 Registration: To place an order or access additional features on the Site, the User may create an account by providing correct personal and contact information. 

3.2 Age Restrictions: By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction). 

3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (login and password). Any actions performed under User's account are deemed to be the User's own actions. 

3.4 Detection of Violations: If We have reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for illegal activity, violation of third party rights or violation of the Terms and Conditions, We may suspend or block it without notice. 

4. Rules for the use of the Site 

4.1 Compliance with Laws: The User is obliged to comply with the laws of his/her country, as well as the regulations of the Czech Republic and the EU (including MiCA when dealing with crypto-assets). 

4.2 Prohibited Content: It is not allowed to publish, transmit, distribute or store on the Website materials that violate the laws, rights of third parties or are contrary to public morality. 

4.3 Unethical Use: It is prohibited to use the Site for: 

  • Hacking, DDoS attacks, distribution of malware or other destructive activity.

  • Fraud, phishing and data spoofing.

  • Deceiving other Users and any other illegal operations. 


5. Payment, Returns and Cancellation of Orders 


5.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments in fiat currencies and (where technically possible) in crypto-assets in accordance with the applicable MiCA and other regulatory requirements. 

5.2 Returns Policy

Due to the digital nature of goods (vouchers, pin codes), refunds or cancellations are generally not provided.

The User agrees that once funds are credited to the Site account, there is no option to issue a refund or chargeback unless specifically agreed to in a separate agreement. 

If a User makes an unauthorized chargeback, We have the right to block the account and refuse further service. 

5.3 Invalid or defective codes: If a purchased code or voucher is invalid due to our fault, the User has the right to contact support. We will endeavor to resolve the issue by checking the code and, in the event of a confirmed fault, may provide a working replacement.

6. Support and service

6.1 Support Formats

We do not provide emergency support, telephone consultation or Live Chat. The primary method of contact is via a ticketing system or Email. 

Response times can vary from a few hours to one or two business days. 

6.2 Responsibilities of the User:

Communicate respectfully with support and do not abuse the ticket system (do not send repeated requests unnecessarily). If this rule is violated, We reserve the right to suspend or limit the service. 

7. Liability Disclaimer 

7.1 General

Our products and services are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties. 

We shall not be liable for technical failures, service interruptions, loss of data or other losses arising from a cause beyond Our control. 

7.2 Financial Risks

Transactions involving crypto-assets carry increased risks. Cryptocurrency exchange rates may fluctuate dramatically and regulatory frameworks may change. The user is personally responsible for making investment decisions, We do not provide financial guarantees or advice. 

7.3 Indirect Losses

In no event shall We be liable for lost profits, loss of data, reputational risk or other consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 


8. Privacy Policy 

8.1 Data Collection

We may collect personal data (name, email, IP address, payment details) for the purpose of identification and service provision. 

Cookies and similar technologies may be used when using the Site to analyze traffic and improve functionality. 

8.2 Use of Data


Data is used solely to provide and improve services, fulfill legal obligations (e.g. AML/KYC, under MiCA and other laws), and to communicate with Users. 

8.3 Storage and Protection

Personal Data is stored on secure servers in accordance with the requirements of Czech and EU law. 

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access to data. 

8.4 Transfer of data to third parties

We do not transfer data to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of services (e.g. payment services or verification partners). 

8.5 Users' Rights

Users have the right to request the deletion or correction of personal data by submitting a request to the support team, provided that this does not conflict with data retention obligations (e.g. AML/KYC). 

9. Intellectual Property 

9.1 Proprietary rights: All materials on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, program code, etc.) are our property and are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws. 

9.2 Restrictions: The User may not copy, modify, distribute materials of the Site without our authorization. 

10. Modification of the Terms and Conditions 

10.1 Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these Terms unilaterally. 

10.2 Effective Date: The modified Terms will become effective upon posting on the Site, unless otherwise expressly agreed. 

10.3 Acceptance of Changes: By continuing to use the Site after the publication of the new Terms, the User confirms that he/she agrees to the changes. 

11. Termination and blocking of account 

11.1 Without Prior Notice: If the User violates any clauses of these Terms or if We suspect illegal activity, We may at any time suspend or block access to the Site and delete the User's information and materials without prior notice. 

11.2 Appeal: If the User believes that the blocking is in error, the User may contact the support team and provide an explanation. We will review the request within a reasonable time, but reserve the right to make a final decision. 

12. Force Majeure  

12.1 Definition: Force Majeure includes events that are beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of war, strikes, power failures, or actions of government agencies. 

12.2 Exemption from liability: In the event of force majeure, We shall not be liable for the total or partial non-performance of our obligations and shall not be obliged to compensate the User for possible losses. 

13. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law 

13.1 Dispute Resolution: All disputes, disagreements and claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved by negotiation between the parties to the extent possible. 

13.2 Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it shall be brought before the courts of the Czech Republic in accordance with its procedural law. 

13.3 Applicable Law: The law of the Czech Republic as well as EU regulations, including MiCA, shall apply to the relationship between the User and Us in transactions with crypto-assets. 

14. Final Terms 

14.1 If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Us regarding the use of the Site and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
